Books

This book is a follow up to Debbie Samson’s autobiography, “A Recipe for C-PTSD & PNES”. Although she was in a peaceful place at the end of her book, C-PTSD wouldn’t allow her to stay there

Let’s use our wounds to show others a way through their pain, to give them hope, to help them find determination and perseverance.

Six-year-old William and his Nana hope you enjoy reading about their kitchen adventures as much as they enjoyed making each recipe.

Join 5-year-old William for a rhyming story of his fun weekend adventures with his Nana. This is a feel-good story of the bond between a grandson and grandmother.
About the Author
Debbie A. Samson
Debbie A. Samson has been called to share a message of healing with others. For over a decade, she spiralled into the depths of despair as complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD), including psychogenic non-epileptic seizures (PNES) consumed her life. Pharmaceuticals pushed her trauma deeper into her nervous system, and healing seemed impossible.
